Refund Policy

14-day refunds

If Quorum Plus isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you'll get that payment back in full. This covers your first payment and each renewal, monthly or yearly. No reason needed.

How to ask

Email support@quorum.camp from the address on your order, or use the link in your receipt from Paddle. You can also reach Paddle through paddle.net.

Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, sends the money back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it. A refund ends your Plus subscription, and its cosmetic items lock again.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time with the link in your subscription email or through paddle.net. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and after 14 days the rest of that period isn't refunded.

Your rights

Nothing here limits refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
