Quorum

Terms of Service

Last updated 4 November 2026

Who we are

Quorum is a web app run by Anthony Fararoni, an individual based in Mexico ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using Quorum you accept them. Questions go to support@quorum.camp.

Who can use Quorum

You must be at least 16 years old. If you're using Quorum for someone else, you're responsible for making sure they follow these Terms too.

Your account

You sign in with Google or a link sent to your email. Keep access to that account safe, because anyone who has it can use Quorum as you. You can delete your Quorum account at any time in the account sheet.

What Quorum is

Quorum is software for groups of friends: fires where you show you're ready, plans, polls, reminders, games and notifications. We may change, add or remove features as the app grows, and we'll try to give notice before removing something important.

Using Quorum fairly

Please don't:

What you share

Your name, photo, messages and anything else you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them to the people at your fires, only as needed to run Quorum. You're responsible for what you share, and we can remove content that breaks these Terms.

Quorum Plus

Quorum is free to use. Quorum Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks cosmetic items such as flame colors, auras, fire themes and game skins. It changes how you look in the app, not how games play.

Our order process is handled by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes your payment, handles tax and billing questions, and its Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, or where the law requires it. If that happens to a paying subscriber without a good reason on their side, we'll refund the unused part of the period.

No guarantees

Quorum is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise that it will always be available, that notifications will always arrive on time, or that it will be free of errors. Please don't rely on Quorum for anything urgent or safety-critical, including reminders about medicine.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of US$20 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights that the consumer law of your country doesn't allow us to remove.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using Quorum and delete your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
